Values are the rules individuals set for themselves that motivate them to act one way or another. They serve as a guide for human behaviour.

Coaching is about action and results. For us integrity is about doing what you say, not over promising & under delivering. You must always act in a congruent manner with honesty, sincerity, and stand up for your beliefs whilst respecting the beliefs of others.
Begins with ‘self’ and starts with the individual. Self-respect is all about knowing your own worth as a person and treating yourself with dignity, so you can always act in a positive manner towards yourself and others. Self-belief is a very important part of personal development and is a key ingredient for success & happiness.
Work life balance is not as simple as devoting an equal amount to this and to that. It is about taking daily personal reward from 4 key quadrants, work, family, friends and self. The next step is to practice discipline and gratitude. Without the discipline to ensure all areas in your life receive attention and the gratitude to be thankful for what is in your life, BALANCE will remain out of your reach. BUSINESS should not consume you, it should be the vehicle that allows your goals to become reality.

Shayne brings over 28 years of experience to the business and has worked across 30+ Industries, alongside some of the Country’s best and brightest entrepreneurs. His exposure to the inner workings of 60+ Companies has given him rare insights that allow him to quickly adapt to market changes.
Following 7 years of service with the Royal Australian Airforce, Shayne started his business entrepreneurship at the age of 23. His achievements were quickly recognised by his Franchise Group and after 6 years successfully running his own business, was relocated back to his home state of South Australia where he took the position of State Manager of the Franchise Group. In less than 12 months in the role, the business experienced a 100% increase in revenue and a 30% increase in Franchise numbers.
In 2005 he was approached by the largest coaching business in the world to not only join, but to lead their team in South Australia. The results he achieved exceeded the expectations of the group and of his clients where he was awarded Global Recognition in his first year working with the organisation.

Shayne decided to create a more customised, results focused Coaching methodology, based on his ability to connect and understand small business owners and their team. His and unique, honest and direct approach, resonates with all of his clients and team and his ability to get results is unquestionable.
In March 2017, Shayne was approached by one of his long term clients was asked to wind down SABC and become the CEO of Tindo Solar, Australia’s only solar panel manufacturer. The next 5 ½ years saw Shayne rebuild this company form the ground up, turning it into one of Australia’s strongest and most influential Solar Companies. With over 60 staff and subcontractors, the entire process from design, manufacture through to installation was under his direct supervision. Tindo Solar soon become the industry leader and the culture that was created was the envy of suppliers, competitors and even government. During his tenure as CEO, Shayne continued to “coach & mentor” his team and a handful of long term clients who were reluctant to lose him from their team.
Happily married to Jeanette for over 30 years and the father of 3 daughters: Simone, Tyler & Brooke and his niece Breeanna. Dedicated family man who enjoys sharing his time between his family and helping Business Owners reclaim their lives. Enjoys relaxing on the River Murray, boating, skiing , AFL football and staying fit.

Jodie started her first career, hairdressing, at the age of 15, fresh out of school with a strong determination and willingness to learn and succeed. Her work ethic together with her ability to connect with people of all ages made her a sort after employee. The first 10 Years of her career were shared amongst 3 of Adelaide’s leading salons, where she was mentored and supported by some of Adelaide’s best business Owners and Entrepreneurs.
Jodie opened her first Salon in 2003 in partnership, at a time where South Australia was experiencing booming business conditions with low interest rates, unemployment and a strong growth in the Real-estate Market. This was an exciting and rewarding time to be a Business Owner.
In 2008 Jodie made the decision to part ways with her partner and gain her independence by opening her second Salon. The economic conditions in 2008 were a stark contrast to what Jodie experienced in 2003 with the advent of the GFC. Being a Business Owner was now more challenging than ever and Jodie did what she knew how to do, knuckle down and work hard. Long hours, price driven clientele, dissatisfied staff with minimal rewards both personally and financially wasn’t a recipe for happiness.
Jodie was introduced to SA Business Coaching through a random discussion with one of her clients in 2013, a client of SABC. It soon became obvious that despite over 20 years experience in the Industry, Jodie soon realised her knowledge around Business, Clients, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and her own Personnel Development was not good enough to allow her to reach her goals. All it took was a 20 minute meeting with Shayne, the owner of SABC, and she knew where her future lay, in coaching and mentoring. She changed how she mentored her staff which helped reduce her hours from over 60 a week to 10 in Salon and now shares her lessons with other Salon Owners who want their life back.
In 2017, Jodie looked to seek her independence in Coaching where she started her own coaching company and aligned with a franchise group that like most, “preached results”. Jodie continued to get results for her clients despite the restrictions placed upon her by the coaching group she was aligned with. She often reached out to her old mentor, Shayne for advice and support with challenging clients and industries. In 2021 Jodie resigned from her position within the coaching group and reconnected with Shayne where she has been working as a an associate Coach under the SABC model.
